I may choose to not accept heavily damaged or exotic items. When a job involves restoration I will provide available options to you. Sometimes this may involve thinning and re-profiling a blade or replacing/re-finishing a handle (scales). If you are not happy with my sharpening services let me know within one week and I will make every effort to make it right. If you are still unsatisfied I will provide a full refund.
